Anuj Malik

Director

Anuj is the Director of Inclusive Living Support and brings over 6 years of experience within the disability sector. Throughout his career, he has worked across a range of roles including Support Worker, Community Access Coordinator, Group Program Manager, and SIL Manager, giving him extensive hands-on experience in delivering participant-centred support and leading quality services.

Holding an MBA qualification, Anuj established Inclusive Living Support with a strong passion for empowering individuals with disability to lead their own choices and make informed decisions about their lives and supports. He is committed to providing services that are tailored to each participant’s individual needs, preferences, and goals while ensuring a genuinely inclusive and supportive environment within the organisation.

Anuj leads a dedicated team of professionals who share the same vision of putting participants first. His leadership focuses on building a culture of respect, inclusion, professionalism, and high-quality support to ensure positive outcomes for every participant and their families.

Sonali Srivastava

Operations Manager

Sonali holds a qualification in Accounting and Management and brings over 7 years of experience working within the disability sector. Throughout her career, she has worked across a range of roles including Internal Auditor and Support Coordinator, developing strong expertise in operations management, compliance, and participant-focused service delivery.

At Inclusive Living Support, Sonali is committed to maintaining strong compliance practices, guiding and supporting the administration team, and leading participant intake and transition processes to ensure a seamless experience for participants and their families.

Ben Jordan

Business Manager

Ben is an experienced Business Manager with over 15 years in the disability sector. Throughout his career, he has worked across a variety of roles including Support Worker, Service Manager, and operational leadership positions. Ben has extensive experience in client support, team management, compliance, and service delivery within the NDIS environment. He also played a key role during the COVID-19 period, contributing to COVID response planning, risk management, and continuity of care strategies to ensure safe and effective support services for participants and staff.

Evelyn Liu

Compliance Manager

Evelyn works as a Compliance Manager, supporting quality, safety, and best practice across disability services. She is passionate about clear systems, practical documentation, and helping teams understand compliance in everyday practice. Evelyn values collaboration, continuous improvement, and person-centred support. She is committed to maintaining high standards while making compliance practical, approachable, and meaningful for both participants and staff.

Edwin Ekpa

Service Manager - Complex Behaviour Support

Edwin is a highly experienced Service Manager and mentor with over 20 years of leadership experience across the corporate, public, and not-for-profit sectors within community services.

He is currently working with Inclusive Living Support as the Service Manager – Complex Behaviour Support, where he leads and supports the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services for individuals with complex support needs.

Throughout his career, Edwin has worked with a wide range of private, government, and non-profit organisations, bringing extensive expertise across diverse sectors including children’s services, immigration detention, juvenile justice, criminal justice, and the disability sector. He has a strong focus on supporting children and adults with disabilities, particularly in the management of behaviours of concern and the delivery of person-centred support services.

Daniela Frattali

Senior Support Coordinator & Team Leader

A dedicated and experienced case manager with 20 years in social services, including 10 years specialising in the disability sector. With a strong management background, she brings a strategic and results-driven approach to her work. She is a passionate advocate for disability rights and, as an empathetic communicator, enjoys working collaboratively with participants and stakeholders to navigate complex challenges, deliver effective solutions, and drive sustainable, positive change.

Outside of her professional role, she enjoys volunteering at her son’s football club and loves live music.
