Inclusive Living Support is inviting Expressions of Interest from NDIS participants seeking a supportive and welcoming 3-resident SIL home located in a prime pocket of Bundoora, close to key amenities and community infrastructure.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be an NDIS participant with approved Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding
- Demonstrate compatibility with a shared living environment (3 residents)
- Be willing to engage in a collaborative support planning process
- Have support needs aligned with a 24/7 SIL model including overnight inactive support
- Provide relevant behavioural or clinical support information (if applicable) to ensure suitability and safety for all residents
EOI Submission Requirements
Interested applicants (or their nominee/support coordinator) are requested to submit:
- Participant full name
- NDIS number
- SIL funding and funded support ratio
- Support needs summary
- Behaviour Support Plan (if applicable)
- Allied health reports (if relevant)
- Preferred move-in timeframe
- Participant Representative and/or Support Coordinator details
